Where are your products made?
All our products are designed in Rotterdam.
Our 3D-printed items are made in our own basement workshop, while the rest of our products and packaging are produced by local print shops.
How fast do you ship orders?
We ship most orders within 24 hours on business days. If there is ever a delay, we’ll let you know right away.
Retailers in the Netherlands and nearby countries usually receive their restocks within 2–3 business days.
All shipments include tracking through PostNL.
What margins can I expect?
Our products typically offer around 40% retail margins. Please refer to the pricelist for the latest wholesale and retail prices.
What payment methods do you accept?
We ship your order first and automatically send an invoice afterwards.
If any information is missing, we will contact you before shipping.
How does placing an order work?
Retailers can order directly through our website. You’re also welcome to give us a call or send a WhatsApp message.
Most new stores start with our Starter Kit, which includes a balanced mix of our best-selling and newest products.
We personally deliver your first order whenever possible. That way we can get to know each other and talk about things like demo items for your store.
After that, you can easily reorder the fast-selling items while returning any slower-selling items.
Is there a minimal order quantity? (MOQ)
There is no minimum order quantity.
You can order as much or as little as you like. Shipping is always free.
Can I return products?
If a product is damaged during shipping, we will replace it immediately.
If certain products sell slower in your store, you can exchange them when placing your next order.
Do you provide marketing materials?
If you run a webshop, we provide press kits with product images, descriptions and key selling points.
If you have a physical store we can send you more information and USP's on how to shelf and sell our products the best.
