Shipping & Delivery
How fast do you ship?
Orders placed before 17:00 are usually shipped the same day. We pack everything ourselves, so we try to move quickly.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We currently sell to the Europian Union, United Kingdom, United States, Canada, Australia and New Zealand.
What are shipping costs and delivery times?
Shipping costs and delivery times depend on your country. Check them here:
Benelux:
Shipping cost is €4,25
Delivery times is usualle 2-3 business days.
European Union:
Shipping cost is €9,25
Delivery time is usually 5-7 business days.
United Kingdom:
Shipping cost is £14,00 GBP
Delivery time is usually 5-7 business days.
United States:
Shipping cost is $18,00 USD
Delivery time is usually 8-10 business days.
Canada:
Shipping cost is $25,00 CAD
Delivery time is usually 8-10 business days.
Australia:
Shipping cost is $26,00 AUD
Delivery time is usually 10-15 business days.
New Zealand:
Shipping cost is $31,00 NZD

Will I receive tracking information?
Yes. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link so you can follow your package on its journey.
My package is delayed. What should I do?
Shipping carriers occasionally run into delays. If your tracking hasn’t moved for a while, contact us and we’ll help investigate.
My package says delivered but I didn’t receive it. What now?
Check with neighbors or your local delivery point first. If it’s still missing, contact us and we’ll help sort it out.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
How long does a refund take?
Once your return is approved and received, refunds are usually processed within 1-2 business days.
What if my product arrives damaged?
That’s never the plan. Send us a photo and your order number, and we’ll fix it as quickly as possible. No extra costs, obviously.

Can I change my order after placing it?
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we can usually help. Send us a message as soon as possible and we’ll make sure to have the right products delivered.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders can often be cancelled before shipment. Contact us quickly and we’ll stop it before it leaves our lair.
I entered the wrong shipping address. What should I do?
Send us a message immediately with your correct address. If the order hasn’t shipped yet, we can still update it.

About Cacklin Slayers
Who are you?
We are two TTRPG enthusiasts from Rotterdam designing tools, accessories, and adventures to make your game nights smoother, faster, and more epic.
What do you sell?
We create physical table tools like Initiative Trackers, card decks, and grid papers, as well as adventures and downloadable resources for your sessions. All while trying to make the game more simple and more fun!
Where are you based?
We operate from Rotterdam in the Netherlands, where all of our products are designed, and prepared for shipment.
Are your products made in the Netherlands?
All of our products are designed and produced locally. Some components may come from trusted local partners, but every product is assembled and checked by us.
Do you use AI or dropshipping?
No AI generated products. No dropshipping. Everything you see in our shop is designed and handled by real humans who love tabletop RPGs.
